It always makes my day when I get a review from a client that I’ve been working with. Today Becki shared this review with the world, so I thought I’d put this into context for you.

You probably know by now that I try and encourage clients to look at other signs of progress – away from the weighing scales. However, I also know this is an important measure for many clients, so I thought I’d share Becki’s weight loss graph over the course of several months below.

Let’s take a look at her weight loss results – scale weight – because for most of my clients who begin with me ‘scale weight’ is very important to them.

As you can see her journey wasn’t a straight line, but consistency paid off for Becki. There were times she had a moment of frustration and doubt, and needed encouragement to focus on her habits, and not be tempted by some ‘fad diet’.

Becki did keep her faith in the process, she focused on the habits that we agreed upon, and she reached her goal – which in her case was a wedding to look glam for.

Thinking longer-term, Becki had learned the skills to maintain her new weight, health, energy, confidence. She had no more guilt when it came to eating any foods that were presented to her in any situation. Becki was so much happier in herself overall – well beyond weight loss.

Sustainable results are possible, and I hope this helps you stay motivated too.
