Triathlon training weekend and training camps are often abroad in exotic locations. I want to show you that we have great places to train in the UK too, and being from Pembrokeshire I am keen to show you some of my favourite training swims, bikes and run locations.

I am intending to run triathlon training weekends in Pembrokeshire National Park. I love this area and want to share it with you! The weekend is aimed at beginner and improver triathletes. It is a great place to bring the family too with lots of things for them to do.
