Blackberry Crumble Smoothie Recipe

 

  • 50g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)
  • 140ml unsweetened almond milk (or use milk of your choice)
  • 25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional)
  • 60g frozen banana slices (or use fresh plus 3 ice cubes)
  • 60g blackberries
  • a good pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 10g almonds or hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp shelled hempseed or flaxseed
  • 2 tsps oats (use gluten free if preferred)

 

How To Make Blackberry Crumble Smoothie

 

Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend well until smooth. Serve. Consume immediately.
