Blackberry Crumble Smoothie Recipe
- 50g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)
- 140ml unsweetened almond milk (or use milk of your choice)
- 25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional)
- 60g frozen banana slices (or use fresh plus 3 ice cubes)
- 60g blackberries
- a good pinch of ground cinnamon
- 10g almonds or hazelnuts
- 1 tsp shelled hempseed or flaxseed
- 2 tsps oats (use gluten free if preferred)
How To Make Blackberry Crumble Smoothie
Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend well until smooth. Serve. Consume immediately.
