Congratulations to our member of the month Ruth. Ruth is a great example of what you can achieve by putting numbers on the board.

Her consistency in attendance and efforts during the sessions have seen her go from lacking energy and motivation to bursting with gusto and enthusiasm.

Her fitness and strength have improved massively and she is feeling more confident as a result.

To top it off she also recently got recognised for her outstanding work as a nurse. Particularly for lifting the spirits of her patients. And that is why its so important to be at your best, so you can help others.
