As a teacher myself, I truly understand the demands you're facing - balancing career demands with health and family demands. Often putting yourself last!


I have 3 children and as you can imagine have to balance health and fitness with my business and family goals. I admit, I don't always get it right, and I have had my fair share of challenges along the way.


In 2019 I discovered first hand the debilitating effects of underlying stress as I got hooked up to an ECG with heart attack symptoms. I had been neglecting my health and this was a wake up call.


After pulling myself out of the pit, I'm proud to say that I've helped myself, and hundreds of clients achieve their health and fitness goals since, and I do a pretty good job.
